BOOKINGS & FULFILLMENT POLICY

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the consultation services by you (the consumer) from Highland Trichology.

The fees for the services is that set out on the website at the date we accept the appointment booking or such other price as we may agree in writing. Prices for services may be calculated on a fixed price or on a standard daily rate basis.

The consultation fee for wig and topper fittings for private clients is £40 and paid at time of booking. This fee will then be deducted from the final balance of wig or topper services on completion of fitting and services.

Fees and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the appointment booking.

You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details on the website, by telephone consultaion or by the link provided on your booking confirmation email. The payment system we use for online appointment booking is Square which is a secure payment link.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy (appointments must be cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment). Refunds for the cost of the appointment may not be offered if cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment.

Whereby wig or topper fittings and bespoke treatments have commenced on the day and the customer changes their mind there will be an admin fee of £40 deducted from any sum eligible for refund. For example, where a blood draw is necessary for platelet-rich plasma therapy procedures, should blood draw be unsuccessful the client will be given the option to select growth factor service, to revisit at an agreed time and date or to refund excluding the £40 admin fee.

The consultation fee for wig and topper fittings is £40 and included in the final price of fitted service. This consultation fee is paid upon booking consultation to be ultimately deducted from the final balance due on completion of services. Should the client change their mind after the initial consultation the non-refundable £40 admin fee will be retained by Highland Trichology.
